Arusha – Lake Manyara

Start your safari with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha at 7:30 am, and drive Lake Manyara National Park. The park boasts a diverse array of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, buffalos, zebras, and various antelope species. Keep an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions resting on the branches of Acacia tortilis trees. The park's abundant birdlife features flamingos, pelicans, hornbills, and numerous forest species. Overnight at Africa Camp Africa Camp L. Manyara or Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge.

Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Crater for an afternoon of game tracking on the crater floor. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Ngoitoktok Springs picnic site and witness the Big Five in action. Other species, including cheetahs, Grant’s and Thompson’s gazelles, common zebras, wildebeests, and spotted hyenas, add to the diverse wildlife. Look out for flamingos at the Crater Lake.   • The rates are per adult sharing (meaning the rates are based on 2 adults in a room where each adult pays the advertised rate)
  • One person in a room only, single room supplement will apply
  • A child sharing a room with 2 adults, child pays 75% of adult rate
  • Child rate applies to the age between 3 to 11 years, 12 years and above are considered as adult
  • Book a group of 4 to 7 adults in a van and get a discount.
